CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Reservations must include a $300 deposit, which is refundable until May 1, 2008, except for a $75 processing fee. This deposit of $300 will be credited to payment due (which includes Travel Medical Assurance Program). After the signing of a lease, refunds will be issued according to lease policy.

The Broyhill Inn
Located on campus and approximately 100 miles from Charlotte, NC. Single or double rooms with free high speed wireless internet, air conditioning, telephone, voice mail services, iron & ironing board, hair dryers, coffee pots. Building amenities include Conference Center, lounge & common areas, live music nightly, laundry and free parking.

Meals

Three meals daily will be served. The hotel’s meal service is known to be among the finest in the High Country area. You will be responsible for one or two meals on your own.

Transportation

CHARLOTTE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
All ground transportation is located on the curbside of the lower baggage claim level of the terminal.

Senior Summer School offers transportation from Charlotte International Airport for $45.00 per person round trip.
