CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS |

Reservations must include a $300 deposit, which is refundable
until May 1, 2008, except for a $75 processing fee. This
deposit of $300 will be credited to payment due (which includes
Travel Medical Assurance Program). After the signing of a lease,
refunds will be issued according to lease policy.

Three meals daily will be served. The hotel’s meal service is known to be among the finest in the High Country area. You will be responsible for one or two meals on your own.
